The Trader Joe's Peanut Butter Brookie comes in 8-piece packages, but we're going to guess that won't last very long in many households... so you might want to grab 2, just to be safe.

The company Instagram account announced this cookie-brown combo with a post two weeks ago. "To make each #TraderJoe's Peanut Butter Brookie, our supplier takes a layer of rich, fudgy brownie batter and tops it with a layer of sweet peanut butter cookie batter... Then, as the TJPBB cools, they top it with a sprinkle of sea salt to really round out that crunchy, salty, peanut butter profile," they wrote. Our mouths are watering!
Fans flooded the comments with praise for this sweet treat—and even a few tips for how to best enjoy it.
"Pro-tip: 4 mins in the air fryer. You're welcome," one wrote.
Another echoed: "These might be my favorite new product this spring! Sooo good heated up in the air fryer."
"These are so good! I usually put them in the freezer and take one out when I want a treat and let it thaw for 20 minutes. So good!" someone else shared.
While there were a few complaints that the Brookies were a little dry, we think throwing them in the air fryer could take them to perfect levels of crispy, gooey goodness. Now if you don't mind, we're going to go throw a few into our cart...
