Donald Trump Jr.'s Lifestyle Magazine: 'Field Ethos'

Field Ethos, has been int he works since 2021, but has been ramping up since then. Back in May of 2023, Trump Jr. took to X and announced, "Yes, I'm publishing a non-woke men's lifestyle magazine." But what does that really entail? What is Field Ethos?

Well, according to the Field Ethos website: "We're relics—old-school adventurers who make no apologies for who we are. We're men of global experience with the confidence to explore the uncharted places. At first light, we're masters of logistics; by sundown, we're whiskey-fueled philosophers by a campfire."

"We're gearheads, too," the "Who We Are" page reads. "We like the best of everything and if we can't wear it out or break it then nobody can. We’re handy with guns, knives, tents, backpacks, boots and everything in between. We’re constantly looking for the next piece of kit to enhance everyday life or make the next adventure a better experience."

The brand offers a print magazine, online articles, a podcast, multiple social media platforms, and even a YouTube channel. "We're bringing back a forgotten lifestyle to those who refuse to conform," the site closes with.

Trump Jr., who is the co-founder and publisher of the site, says that though he loves being a "businessman, a figure in the political world, and a family man," he needed something else. A "passion project in the world of hunting, fishing, and adventure," he says. And that is how Field Ethos came to be.

Twitter Destroys Donald Trump Jr. For 'Non-Woke Men's Lifestyle Magazine'

Despite Trump Jr.'s apparent heart and soul going into the project, many users on Twitter were far from impressed. "I try not to think this way but isn't it weird that the conservative men talking about bringing manliness back are the biggest wusses in the world?" one user asked on X. "Dude shoots endangered animals from cars and considers himself a hunter."

"The Grift continues," another user posted. "Why don't these people get jobs?"

"I'll read it just to know who to avoid," another added.

"You are the problem," one user replied.

"Following in daddy's footsteps, launching unsuccessful vanity businesses," added another, bringing up the former president, Donald Trump.

"I'd rather get a colonoscopy live on television without anesthesia than read anything you wrote," a final critic posted.
