Taylor Swift is really a “Lover” and not a fighter these days. Who could forget the epic moment she had 10 years ago with Kanye at the VMA’s? After three years of skipping the star-studded music event, Tay came back–and wore a VERY revealing outfit to open the show.

The 29-year-old looked AMAZING in her sparkly purple booty shorts and gold bustier while belting out her hit “You Need To Calm Down”–and we had to calm down too, because we couldn’t get over her outfit!

Taylor has a lot to celebrate–two VMA awards (which she shared with her crew) and the recent release of her highly-anticipated seventh album Lover released on August 23rd. We love her new colorful aesthetic–a big change from her Reputation days of dark colors, studs, and snakes. Tay has definitely blossomed into a pastel butterfly and is slaying red carpets and stadiums. She even recently announced a collab with British designer Stella McCartney! We can’t wait to see (and buy!) it all.
