Here’s What Victoria Beckham Eats And Drinks To Maintain Her Toned Physique—Including Wine!

It’s widely known that Victoria Beckham possesses an impeccable fashion sense and a remarkably toned physique that highlights her style. The entrepreneur, 50, previously made headlines by sharing that she rarely eats fruit. She also revealed her morning ritual that she swears by: consuming two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.

Her husband, David Beckham, has also disclosed that she “very rarely” strays from her favorite meal of grilled fish accompanied by steamed vegetables. In an interview with Grazia Magazine earlier this spring, Victoria elaborated on her “very disciplined” approach to her diet, stating that she “works hard” to maintain her appearance through specific foods and beverages, some of which may surprise her fans.

“This is how I look,” Posh Spice told the outlet, adding: “I’m going to make the best of it.” The mom of four (who shares children Brooklyn, 25, Romeo, 21, Cruz, 19, and Harper, 12, with her husband David, 49) went on: “I’m very disciplined with the way that I eat, the way that I work out and the way I work. That’s just who I am.” In another part of the feature article, Victoria revealed that remarks about her weight no longer trouble her as they once did.

“I do like to have a drink, and I’m not going to be one of these, ‘Ah, there are too many calories in a glass of wine’ types,” the fashion designer stressed. “Whatever. Life’s too short. Let’s have a nice time.”

Victoria's remarks emerged about five months after her husband David disclosed to the audience of Ruthie’s Table 4 that the "Wannabe" hitmaker has adhered to the same diet for the past quarter-century.

The soccer legend noted: "Since I met her she only eats grilled fish [and] steamed vegetables. She will very rarely deviate from that."  

David went on: "The only time she’s probably ever shared something that’s been on my plate was actually when she was pregnant with Harper and it was the most amazing thing."

He also shared on the December 2023 podcast episode that this was “one of my favorite evenings.” The athlete did not “remember what it was,” but joked: “She’s not eaten it since.”

In an interview with the Telegraph in 2019, Victoria also revealed her secret to "glowy" skin: she indulges in four avocados daily. The more you know!
