"The truth is that Victoria never really liked Meghan much," a friend of the Beckhams reportedly told the Daily Mail, adding: "She was friendly and welcoming to her but is not bothered about staying in touch." Ouch!
The insider also said that neither David nor Victoria seem to be too sad about terminating their friendship with the Sussexes, especially because they disapprove of the way they have treated the other members of the royal family.
"Both David and Victoria put great importance on family and would never, ever turn on their relations the way that Harry and Meghan did," the friend added.
Let's not forget that Prince William and David Beckham are very close due to the fact that Prince William is president of the FA, so it isn't too shocking to learn that the soccer star is more likely to side with the future King over the Spare author.
