Victoria Beckham’s Diet and Exercise Routine
Victoria has had an incredible 2024 with her fashion line finally turning a profit and her and David’s Netflix show becoming a fan favorite. Her busy schedule might contribute to her slender frame, but her trainer and those close to her have emphasized her dedication to working out and maintaining a healthy diet.
“Victoria treats training like brushing her teeth—it’s something she wants and has to do, and it sets her up for the day. It’s just part of her lifestyle,” her personal trainer Bobby Rich told Vogue.
Rich trains not just the mother of four but also David and said, “I train both of them five days a week, in person. When they’re on the road, it’s remote, five days a week. Nothing changes.”
Weightlifting has been a game-changer for her, but she wasn’t always a fan of it. “I’ve always been a bit scared of weights, but it turns out I love them. I’ve even got those special gloves to wear! It’s good to switch things up and keep your body guessing. I’ve got so much more muscle tone now,’ she revealed to Grazia in 2022.
When it comes to her diet, she told Net-a-Porter in 2020, “I eat lots of fresh fish, fresh vegetables and salads, as well as seeds and nuts,” she revealed. “I also love fruit but don’t eat too much, as it can make me feel quite bloated. I am disciplined with my eating—that’s how I find I get the most out of my body. My treat is a few glasses of red wine, and I also love tequila, and I do eat carbs. I have lots of avocado and really good fats, like salmon.”
