David Beckham previously told fans that his wife "very rarely" strays from her favorite meal of grilled fish accompanied by steamed vegetables. And Victoria has backed that up in interviews too!

In an interview with Grazia Magazine last year, Victoria elaborated on her "very disciplined" approach to her diet, stating that she "works hard" to maintain her appearance through specific foods and beverages, some of which may surprise her fans.

"This is how I look," Posh Spice told the outlet at the time, adding: "I'm going to make the best of it."

In another part of the feature article, Victoria revealed that remarks about her weight no longer trouble her as they once did, and confirmed that she likes to indulge in wine because "life's too short."

She said: "I do like to have a drink, and I'm not going to be one of these, 'Ah, there are too many calories in a glass of wine' types. Whatever. Life's too short. Let's have a nice time."

David disclosed to the audience of Ruthie's Table 4 that the "Wannabe" hitmaker has adhered to the same diet for the past quarter-century, referencing her go-to meal that we mentioned earlier. The soccer legend noted: "Since I met her, she only eats grilled fish [and] steamed vegetables. She will very rarely deviate from that."

The president and co-owner of Inter Miami CF went on: "The only time she's probably ever shared something that's been on my plate was actually when she was pregnant with Harper and it was the most amazing thing." How interesting!

The former Manchester United soccer star also shared on the December 2023 podcast episode that this was "one of my favorite evenings." The athlete did not "remember what it was," but joked: "She's not eaten it since."
