Fanny packs, belt bags, ‘boob bags’–whatever you call this hands-free trend, it’s all the rage. Every tastemaker from Kendall Jenner to Gigi Hadid has worn them. Gucci, Louis Vuitton and even Forever 21 make them. It’s a thing, guys.
But we hadn’t quite seen a take on the trend like the one Bella Hadid wore last week:

The model made a very stylish appearance at Virgil Abloh for Louis Vuitton spring/summer 2019 show in Paris last week.
The younger Hadid sister wore a belt bag as a garter (that’s a first!) which is from Abloh’s forthcoming line.

She also wore a red monochromatic shorts suit, cycling sunglasses (so hot right now), silver hoops and red pointy stilettos, Vogue points out.
So, does this mean that the next version of the fanny pack trend involves a garter belt? Hot!
While there are no products like this on the market currently, stay tuned for Virgil’s LV version to hit shelves next year (for the countless knock-offs that are inevitable as well).
