Walmart Just Made A Major Change To The Delivery Service–& People Are Freaking Out!

In a move that directly responds to Amazon's Prime Now policy which waves shipping for Prime members, Walmart has eliminated the order requirement for its two-hour delivery service.

The Express Delivery service allows customers at the big box store to get food, consumables and other merchandise delivered in the two hour window.

The huge change to the order minimum policy will allow customers to get items delivered quickly for just the flat $10 fee.

In a retail landscape seriously impacted by curbside, delivery and contactless purchase demands from the population, this policy change makes total sense.

Walmart's "Express" service is useful for parents ordering diaper, at-risk individual who need groceries and other basics without facing exposure to the virus, people who are cooking and missing an ingredient, and many other applications SVP of Customer Product Tom Ward said in the statement.

(The service is not meant for larger shopping trips, however, because orders are capped at 65 items.)
