Prince Harry‘s wife just appeared in public wearing something that the Queen herself would surely deem too racy–a low-cut maxi dress!

The 39-year-old mom to Archie opted for a low-cut printed maxi dress from designer Tracy Reese for a women's empowerment speech on October 13th.

The philanthropist is known for her menswear-inspired button-down tops and other modest looks, hence the internet's shock when she chose to bare so much skin for her interview with Fortune’s associate editor Emma Hinchcliffe.
