The Duke of Sussex along with the British Ministry of Defense launched an online platform of resources to help troops deal with mental health problems. The platform is called HeadFit and it provides 24/7 access to tools to help military personnel manage the stress.
Some of the tools include are breathing exercises, body posture, and relaxation techniques. These tools are designed for military personnel both active and veteran, to help manage the stresses in everyday life.
Harry described HeadFIT as a "proactive approach to mental fitness, focusing on our own potential to increase our performance using proven methods in sport science." Harry further said that “This is about being the best you can be. This is about gaining an advantage, whether facing an opponent or overcoming a challenging situation. This is about building resilience that will match that of most world-class athletes and prepare you for everyday stress. To be HeadFIT, is to be at your peak performance.”
HeadFIT is an extension of the Royal Foundation, to which Harry and wife Meghan Markle once belonged with his brother Prince William and Kate Middleton. Now that both Harry and Meghan are based in Los Angeles, HeadFIT will most likely be a part of Archewell, their charity organization.
