It’s hard to imagine that long after Meghan Markle‘s official departure from the royal family in March, reports continue to roll out regarding the deep rift between her and other members. It’s unreal!
According to one recent report, Meghan was nicknamed “Me-Gain” by palace insiders for being “different,” and “feisty” during her short tenure as a senior member of the family. This is so mean!
Royal author Tom Quinn just revealed to Fox News that the Duchess of Sussex was allegedly given the nickname by insiders.
The expert and author of "Kensington Palace," revealed to the site that her being "so different" made it difficult for her to be accepted by the family from the outset. The family's advisors were "more worried," about how these differences would portray the family. Ultimately, when the British press decided that the story about Meghan needed to be negative--things turned for her.

In the clip, Quinn goes into great detail about the British press' role in building Meghan up and then tearing her down to sell papers--although the source of "the nicknames" truly was from inside Buckingham Palace's walls.
"The nicknames did in fact come from the palace, because it was felt that she was demanding. She would ring staff in the middle of the night and ask them to do things. Just because she felt 'I'm a princess, they should be doing things for me.'"

"She feels that she has to be a princess," he continues. "You don't! A real princess doesn't make demands on the staff." Yikes!
