All eyes were on Taylor Swift at the 2022 MTV Europe Music Awards on November 13th, which took place at the PSD Bank Dome in Düsseldorf, Germany and were hosted by recently-married singer Rita Ora and director Taika Waititi. And the sparkly mini dress she wore for her second look of the night has been living rent-free in our minds ever since!

Taylor Swift’s Sparkly David Koma Mini Polo Dress
The “Anti-Hero” songstress chose to flaunt her seemingly-endless pins in a super-mini polo dress by David Koma for her second outfit of the night, which was no ordinary polo dress, as it was dripping in sequins! It certainly made quite the impression, as did her footwear, which was a pair of Jimmy Choo platform sandals.
Taylor Swift's Custom 'Queen Elizabeth II Inspired' David Koma Dress
But that's not the only dress that got our attention. Earlier that evening, the "Lavender Haze" singer walked the red carpet in a jaw-dropping custom David Koma dress which came complete with a black bodysuit and a high-waisted cage chainmail skirt covered in green (the color of the moment) stones, which she teamed with sky-scraping black velvet Giuseppe Zanotti slingbacks.

The "You’re on Your Own, Kid" singer's dress was based on a different piece from the brand's Spring 2019 collection, and reportedly is an homage to the late Queen Elizabeth II, as the emerald jewels were apparently inspired by the late monarch's own emerald collection. We have chills!

Taylor Swift Wins Big At The Europe Music Awards
The "Shake It Off" hitmaker cleaned up at the awards, taking home a super-impressive four awards. Taylor won the awards for Best Artist, Best Video, Best Pop and Best Longform Video. She surprisingly lost out to BTS in the Biggest Fans category (her Swifties will be pretty mad about that!) which might come as a shock to anyone who has been trying to buy tickets to The Eras Tour, which was forced to add even more dates due to extremely high demand!

Taylor Thanks Her Fans In Her Acceptance Speech
The Best Longform Video award – which was one of two new categories this year – was presented to her by singer/songwriter Julian Lennon, the son of the late John Lennon, for the "All Too Well (10 Minute Version) (Taylor's Version)" music video, which featured Stranger Things actress Sadie Sink and Teen Wolf actor Dylan O'Brien.
During her acceptance speech, Taylor thanked her fans for their continued support, while recalling how the song wasn’t even going to be a single let alone have such a viral video! "Sometimes I think about all the ways in which this short film and this moment almost never happened. The fans willed this to happen," Taylor gushed. "You're the reason that anything has ever happened to me," she continued. "I have been writing and directing my music videos for a long time but this was the first short film I have made and I felt like I learned so much about myself of how making film can be a natural extension of my storytelling just like song writing."
