A weight loss coach who successfully shed over 240 pounds has revealed her top tip for ordering “loaded buffalo fries” at Chick-fil-A. This hack is perfect for those on a weight loss journey who still want to indulge in fast food occasionally. The TikToker Samantha Milton (@smallersam_pcos) explained in the below clip that she lost “245 pounds eating in a calorie deficit.”

“This is my Chick-fil-A loaded Buffalo Chicken Fries hack,” she added, before noting that “it’s only 535 calories and it has 35 grams of protein.” Experts emphasize that protein plays a vital role in weight loss by greatly enhancing feelings of fullness. This helps to manage hunger and lower overall calorie consumption.

Weight Loss Coach Who Shed 245 Pounds Shares Her Chick-fil-A 'Loaded Buffalo Fries' Hack

Showing off her order for her followers, the creator said: "I got an eight count grilled nugget, a small fry and a side of cheese and bacon." She went on: I also got a bunch of Texas Pete and a side salad container." In order to fully experience her hack, she instructed that viewers should "dump our fries into our salad container, add our cheese, and then put the top back on so that it can melt the cheese."

Milton continued, explaining: "I tore up my chicken nuggets and now I'm adding two Texas Pete hot sauces. The heat from the fries got the cheese nice and melty."

The Bottom Line

She noted: "And now I'm gonna put my chicken on top. This one's amazing, guys. And if you don't like Texas Pete, you could use barbecue instead." The weight loss coach also pointed out: "Or you could use the Texas Pete and add a drizzle of ranch on top."

While fast food might not be the go-to choice for those who are highly conscious about their health, life can get incredibly hectic, and there are times when grabbing something quick to eat becomes a necessity.

The silver lining here is that even at popular fast-food joints like Chick-fil-A, you can still opt for healthier alternatives when it comes to their fries, sandwiches, wraps and more.
