In her clip, Milton explains: “you can eat this meal for only 530 calories, and it has 34 grams of protein.” She continued: “I got a double stack with no bun. Add tomato, lettuce, and applewood smoked bacon.” She went on to say that she also ordered a “four count spicy nugget, and a Diet Coke for the haters.”

The coach further noted: “I like to add a chicken nugget to my burger,” or sometimes, she just dips her “nuggets in Wendy’s sweet and sour sauce, and their barbecue sauce is only 40 calories.”

The Bottom Line

Maintaining a nutritious diet is fundamental to effective weight management. Eating foods packed with essential nutrients not only helps to cut down on overall calorie consumption but also ensures that the body gets the vital vitamins, minerals, and macronutrients it needs to function at its best. Incorporating a variety of vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains into your meals can enhance feelings of fullness, keep blood sugar levels stable, and boost metabolic health.

Additionally, being thoughtful about your food choices can ward off chronic diseases like heart disease, diabetes, and high blood pressure, which are often linked to poor eating habits and excessive weight. Contrary to what many people believe, adopting a healthy diet doesn't mean you have to completely steer clear of fast food joints. In fact, many fast food places, including Wendy’s, now offer menu items that cater to those who are mindful of their health.
