The Ghost Pepper Ranch Chicken Sandwich will be the first Made to Crave item of the year.
This sandwich features Wendy's beloved Spicy Chicken, and it's topped with ghost pepper-infused American cheese, creamy ghost pepper ranch sauce, ghost pepper seasoned crispy onions, lettuce, and tomato. Our mouths are watering—and burning already.
