Miley Cyrus has been living her best pop-star-turned-rock-star life. Every time we see her post on Instagram or perform a song on stage, we can’t help but be reminded of her song “We Can’t Stop” because Miley seriously seems to be everywhere these days.
And when we saw her wearing THIS barely-there top on stage, we were bracing ourselves for a wardrobe malfunction!

Miley took the stage to perform at Music Midtown, a large music festival that was held in Atlanta, Georgia on September 18th. Miley, of course, didn’t miss the opportunity to wear her rocker style to the fullest—with high waisted black pants, her trademark mullet hair pulled up in a clip, and the star piece: her slinky, silky cut-out top with a bejeweled collar.
Captioned, “HOTLANTA” with the fire emoji, Miley’s post got over 517k likes from her 147m followers. Fans were loving Miley’s daring look, with one commenting “the trust in that top.”

Miley told Vogue that her custom Armani Prive stage look was: “…inspired by their spring 2021 collection. The beaded top was exquisitely executed! I wanted to serve “Princess of Punk” but bring the electricity of glam rock… My concept for the hair was “Marilyn Mon-Mohawk” to honor Hollywood glamour and one of the most iconic pop culture pioneers.”
The 28-year-old is known for her controversial stage looks—especially back in her “Wrecking Ball” days. And even earlier this year, Miley took the stage during her TikTok Tailgate performance at Super Bowl LV in Tampa, Florida to set the mood ahead of the highly anticipated game. TBH, we love to see whatever she wears because one thing is always for sure: it won’t be boring.
