I'm someone who's just way more comfortable in pants. Don't get me wrong, I like wearing a cute dress to work or a skirt on the weekends, but pants are just so easy. You don't have to worry about sitting down, walking up stairs, you don't have to think.
So when you have a big job interview, the last thing you should be worried about is the right angle to cross your legs when sitting across from your future employer.
That being said, the options for formal pants that don't look like they are part of a pantsuit from 1991 are pretty slim.
