When you’re on TV every week, it’s hard to hide when you’ve lost weight, especially in a short period of time. Luckily, Whoopi Goldberg isn’t one of the celebrities who’s lost weight and keeping her methods to herself: the comedian has proudly shared that she used Mounjaro, a weight loss medication, to help her drop 100 pounds.

Whoopi’s new confidence has certainly been reflected in her fashion choices. The comedian arrived to Paris Fashion Week in style, ditching her typical laid-back style and opting for a black silk wrap dress with an edgy, waist-cinching belt. Keep reading for more information.

Whoopi Goldberg Shows Off Weight Loss At Paris Fashion Week

Whoopi arrived in Pari to attend Alexandre Mattiussi's fall 2025 show, and pulled out all the stops for the event. The black slip dress skimmed her angles and showed off her slim waist with a thick black belt. Opting for a monochromatic look, The View cohost completed her outfit with black boots, a black leather purse, and her usual black-framed round glasses.

Her new slimmed figure was certainly on display, but the actress has no shame revealing what exactly helped her lose 100 pounds. "One of the things that's helped me dropped the weight was the Mounjaro. That's what I used," she revealed candidly on The View.

Whoopi Goldberh Talks About Weight Loss Medication

On a recent episode of The View, Whoopi and her guest, Jim Gaffigan got into a discussion praising the usage of weight loss medications. "I have gotten skinny," Jim admitted. "And it's none of my own willpower. It's a shot in the stomach. That works wonders. I don't know why people are afraid to admit it."

Goldberg agreed, adding that she tells "everybody" that she takes Mounjaro. This isn't the first time she's sung the praises of weight loss medication. She appeared on an episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show back in May and called the shot "wonderful," adding that she had lost the weight of "almost two people" since taking the medication. "I say it all the time. Because you can't go from close to 300 pounds without someone saying, 'OK, what happened?' 'Cause you know I didn't go to the gym!"
