We all know that bulk and wholesale stores are one of the most amazing things to ever exist. They have literally everything you can think of and more! Although its great to have enough cereal to last you a decade, some foods are just better off bought in regular size at the grocery store.

milk

Milk and other dairy products are just never a good idea to buy in bulk. They have very short shelf lives, and unless you're having a party or live with 15+ people, there's no way you're going to finish it all by the time it goes bad.

meat

Meats also have a short shelf life, and they're very expensive to buy in bulk. Buying meats in bulk will just wreak up your fridge and waste a ton of money!

fish

Fish doesn't last very long either: most fresh fish last in the fridge for up to 2 days only! Trying to use it any longer can cause you to get some serious food poisoning, so you're definitely better off buying this at your local grocery in regular size.

chips

Although chips have a long shelf life, buying these in bulk is just asking to gain tons of weight. Chips are soaked in fat, salt, and oil, and having them in bulk is only going to tempt you to eat tons of them! All that gross grease and fat in chips and other junk food snacks can lead to serious health problems like high blood pressure and cholesterol!
