If you live at the mall (like most of us here at SHEfinds), you know the food court like the back of your hand. It's also pretty obvious that most of the food at the food court is terrible for your diet. Although there are a few healthy options, some foods at the food court should be avoided like a plague. If you're taking a trip to the mall soon, avoid these foods at all costs!

One major staple in a food court is Chinese takeout, and it's terrible for you! Dietitian Kari Hartel noted that most of these meals are deep-fried and dowsed in heavy sauces filled with fat, salt and sugar that will go straight to your gut! Hartel said that some of the unhealthiest Chinese take out options include crab rangoons, fried egg rolls, lo mein, and General Tso's chicken.
It's a no-brainer that pizza is one of the worst foods to eat for your diet. Dietitian Sonya Angelone told Cosmopolitan all of the horrors that happen to your body when you eat just one slice of pizza: belly bloating, blood sugar spikes, and fat storage just to name a few!
Those McDonald's burgers aren't doing anything good for your body! Besides having questionably bad meat in them, Dr. Mercola has noted that these burgers are so processed that they have been proven to not decompose for months when left out, yuck!
Soft pretzels don't seem terrible for you, but don't be fooled! These bad boys are filled with empty carbs, sugar, and salt, all major diet killers. One Auntie Anne's plain pretzel has 340 calories and 990 mg of salt!
