Health Experts Warn That You Should NEVER Buy This Frozen Dinner From Trader Joes

Many people assume that Trader Joe’s, like other similar health-focused grocery stores, carries *only* healthy foods. This is not the case, and health experts warn that this may lead you to not check labels as often as you should when shopping there.

Nutritionist Lisa Richards of The Candida Diet tells us that frozen meals, in particular, should be monitored closely.

“These are often made with just as much sodium, fat, and other harmful ingredients as the ones in regular grocery store freezers,” she warns. So–which is the worst offender?

Richards warn that this item, that is marketed as “gluten free,” is actually high in saturated fat, sodium and “little other nutrients that add health value.” The bowl contains 690 mg of sodium, which is 30% of your daily recommended intake.

Richards warns that this is just one of the frozen foods carried at the California-based food chain that should be avoided.
