Sports Illustrated model Nina Agdal has been hard at work on her fitness program–and now, she’s showing off the results! Plugging her fitness app on Instagram, the Danish beauty’s body was on full display as she posed beachside in a high-cut bikini.
Judging by these revealing snaps, Nina is ready for summer. If her fitness program can help make our body look anything like hers, consider us signed up, stat!

The April 16th post shows the swimsuit model flipping back her hair as she kneels in a bright blue string bikini and shows off her toned legs. “Keep your squats low and your standards high,” she captioned her sexy snap. LOL!

The Agdal Method--as Nina's training program is called--is all about "happiness in movement, fulfillment in nourishment, practicing mindfulness and self-love." In the caption of her post, Nina lets her followers know that she's been "focusing on myself to feel stronger and ready for the summer." Anyone who wants to work out with her can do so via her app.

"What more do you want to see from me?!" Nina asked her fans in the post, which has since racked up over 28,000 likes--many of which are likely supporting the model's teeny-tiny swimwear.

Best known for gracing the cover of the 50th anniversary of The Sports Illustrated 'Swimsuit Issue" 2014, Nina has been busy parading a slew of tiny two-pieces all over her IG. Many of the star's posts are captured by her photographer boyfriend, Jack Brinkley Cook, son of legendary model, Christie Brinkley.
