It looks like a reconciliation might be in store for Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.
The couple has been at the center of a lot of divorce speculation recently as it seems that West’s mental health has been suffering. The rapper famously started crying at his presidential rally, prompting a Twitter rant that painted his wife and her family in a less than flattering light.
Despite that tension, according to recent reports, the couple seems resolved to work on their relationship.
A source told E! News that Kim and Kanye are planning on a family getaway with their children--hoping to reconnect as a family with some time out of the spotlight.
The insider explains, "They will be spending the next few days glamping and being outdoors."
Apparently, they are hoping the trip will be a chance "to relax together and spend time as a family."
That also means avoiding some touchy topics as the couple wants to keep the peace in front of their children.
The source explains, "Kim and Kanye haven't discussed anything political while spending the week together as a family."
The source continues, "Kim didn't want to rock the boat and argue with Kanye because the trip is all about the kids. They also would never argue in front of them."
Plus, according to the source, West is feeling better now that he is reunited with his family.
The insider shares, "Kanye is in a great place and feeling creatively inspired and truly enjoying his time with his wife and children."
Although we definitely do not know what this trip will mean for the couple in the long run, it does make the possibility of a potential reconciliation much more likely.
