The Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) was passed by Congress with the aims of helping small businesses and companies in troubled industries across the U.S. We're not exactly sure they intended for billionaire celebrities to benefit.

According to the U.S. Small Business Administration, Reese's Draper James brand received $350,000 to $1 million in federal loans.

But she's not alone--Kanye West's Yeezy received between $2 million and $5 million, Khloe Kardashian's Good American denim brand received $1-$2 million, Jay-Z's Malibu Entertainment (Tidal) got $2-$5 million. Wow!
