It's been rumored for some time that the close couple would buy mutual property, but now we can finally confirm that they've done just that.
Property records show that the couple have finally closed on their first home together--and it's quite a lovely piece of property!
The "Voice" judges are now the proud owners of an all-new home in the foothills of Encino, in LA's San Fernando Valley. Details of the off-market deal are still hush hush, but Variety did some internet sleuthing and discovered details of the property.

Built by noted developer Evan Gaskin, the "sprawling manor house has three full floors in approximately 13,000 square feet of living space," the site says. Not only does it have a four-car garage, motorcourt, Atmos home theater, but a pool, spa and cabana complete with a wet bar. Wow!
The property had been privately listed for $14 million, through The Agency. Again--congrats Gwen and Blake!
