Country music’s brightest stars showed some serious leg at the 54th annual CMA Awards last night!

The music awards show aired on ABC and was hosted by Reba McEntire and Darius Rucker. Featured performances by Miranda Lambert, Kelsea Ballerini and Maren Morris were only upstaged by the incredible red carpet looks the artists served before the show. We can’t tell you how happy we are to have red carpet back!

One huge trend of the night was thigh-high slit dresses. From country music darling Carrie Underwood to Maren Morris, as well as artists and wives Carly Pearce, Nicole Hocking Combs, Summer Duncan, and more, it was all about showing off the gams. Gowns with mile-long slits up the side from designers like Dolce&Gabbana to Yousef Aljasmi marked the occasion.

Boots may be made for walkin’, but these leggy dresses were doing all the talkin’! Here are all the details:

Carrie Underwood wore a sparkly asymmetrical gown from Yousef Aljasmi. The dress featured one long sleeve and a diagonal hemline, aka party on the left, business on the right. She was able to show off those toned legs (from never missing a day at the gym):

Maren MorrisDolce&Gabbana three-piece lace number will be living rent free in my mind for the unforeseeable future.

Carly Pearce wore an emerald green strapless number from Retrofete. Not only did she show off a little leg under this high-slit gown–she showed off a pretty pair of black Jimmy Choo sandals.

Artist Luke Combs’ wife Nicole Hocking Combs looked stunning on his arm in a velvet pink thigh-high slit dress (it had a plunging neckline, too!).
