Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are ready to step out on the scene by making more frequent virtual speaking engagements, however, the cost to book the power couple is steep.
Now financially independent from the royal family, Meghan and Harry aren’t afraid to mark up the price on what it costs to book them for even virtual events. Harry and Meghan are asking for an estimated (and whopping) $1 million per speech.
As reported by Entertainment Tonight, Meghan and Harry signed with the Harry Walker Agency just this past summer in June and have a lot of requirements for their high-profile events. These requirements include Harry and Meghan approving who attends the event, who introduces them to attendees, and who moderates the discussion. The couple also asks to receive details about sponsors of the event. Wow!
39-year-old Meghan and 36-year-old Harry have certainly taken the entertainment world by storm. In addition to planning out future speaking engagements, the parents-of-one have also recently signed a massive Netflix deal and have just announced a huge television appearance. We can't wait!
According to an E! News exclusive, Meghan and Harry will appear on an ABC Sept. 22 special highlighting TIME’s annual list of the 100 Most Influential People. As E! News reports, the list will go live on TIME's website when the ABC special airs and the full TIME100 issue of the magazine will be available on newsstands on Sept. 25. How exciting!
