When it comes to buying makeup products, many of us aren’t sure when we should splurge or when we should save. Is a $100 moisturizer really worth my money? Should I choose this $5 eyeliner that everyone loves? Although luxury beauty brands offer amazing benefits, sometimes it’s just better to opt for a cheaper alternative such as a drugstore brand. If you are looking for an alternative to your expensive mascara, we’ve found one that is going to save you a few bucks. In 2023, there’s no need to spend an excessive amount of money on mascara when the essence Lash Princess Mascara $4.99 exists. I’ve tried it once and I’ll try it again because this product is the real deal!
Key Ingredients: Fragrance Free, Oil Free & Alcohol Free
Clean makeup is everywhere you look nowadays, and this mascara is no exception. The best part about the essence Lash Princess Mascara $4.99 is that it is oil free, alcohol free, gluten free, fragrance free and cruelty free. I love knowing that I won’t be putting harsh or smelly chemicals near my eyes and that this product hasn’t been tested on animals. Clean beauty for the win!
Key Features: Conic-Shaped Fiber Brush & False Lash Effect
Since this product is described as a false lash effect mascara, I was expecting big results. This effect is supposed to separate your lashes while lengthening them, making it look as if you are wearing false eyelashes. The conic-shaped fiber brush of the essence Lash Princess Mascara $4.99 was created so your lashes get a volumizing and dramatic effect with a skinny shape and shorter bristles that is meant to leave no clumps or globs behind.
How to Use:
Similar to most mascaras, this is extremely easy-to-use. It’s not necessary when using this mascara, but you can use your eyelash curler before you start application. Swipe the mascara in an upwards motion about two or three times so your lashes are coated and watch the magic happen!
My Honest Review:
Let me start off by saying that mascara is probably my least favorite type of makeup product. But I was willing to test this one out due to its almost 5-star rating on Amazon and over 330,000 positive reviews. Oh! And let’s not forget about its low price point. I started off with my trusty eyelash curler then started applying the mascara. I only used about two coats when normally I would have used four. Why? Because that’s all it took for my lashes to lengthen and curl! I was even more amazed with the fact that there were no clumps left on my lashes which I usually have to remove with my fingertips when applying other mascaras.
The Bottom Line:
Low price doesn’t necessarily mean low quality! This $5 mascara should immediately be added to your makeup bag if you want a product that really works. It has rave reviews for a reason and will help you save when making your next makeup purchase.
