We’re big fans of flat wedding shoes — and brides agree; these and white. There is nothing more practical — especially for the dancefloor — than pretty little flats. And so we were thrilled by WWD‘s report this morning that chic ballet flat purveyor French Sole would be launching a bridal collection this summer!
The fall collection will include satin and glitter styles, retailing for $200, and will hit stores and online later this summer. Owner Randy Ochart told the paper, “French Sole has always wanted to do bridal shoes [and] we’ve had a couple of styles that brides would come in and buy for their wedding day. That’s where the idea was born. [Brides] can kick off their heels, slip on a pair our flats and dance the night away.”
