It’s no secret that Gisele Bündchen and her family follow
a very strict alkaline diet. She stocks their kitchen with organic veggies, whole grains, lean meats… and that’s it. There’s no sugar, caffeine, dairy or tomatoes allowed on this plan. While that sounds OK for lunch and dinner, what exactly does the supermodel eat for breakfast, then?
According to
Byrdie, a sample breakfast for Gisele is a Green Goddess smoothie: spinach, coconut water, a frozen banana, a scoop of almond butter and a sprinkle of cinnamon. It actually doesn’t sound too bad, but I’ll take a cup of coffee and eggs any day over this super-healthy drink. But, I mean, if that’s what it takes to be a top model, maybe it’s worth it??
