We all know and love HelloFresh for their convenient and delicious meals delivered right to your door. There’s nothing like coming home after a long day of work and having all of the ingredients and step-to-step instructions for a yummy dinner that doesn’t take hours to make. So when I found out that HelloFresh was introducing a new cook once, eat twice option, I had to try it.
If you’re wondering what this is, it is a way to cook dinner and use what’s left over (with maybe an additional ingredient or two) for a totally new recipe for lunch. So basically, two amazing meals in one. Here’s how it works:
1. Use the ingredients in the bag to make your dinner as you normally would.
2. Then, use what is left plus any new ingredients needed (that it will come with) and transform your dinner into tomorrow’s lunch.
3. Store in the fridge and reheat during your lunch break for a tasty meal.
I tried the Chorizo Beef Chili for dinner and then for lunch had a Chili Burrito. If they both sound amazing, it’s because they were. Both meals were simple to make and I since I cook for just me, I loved that nothing went to waste.
