Last year, Kendall Jenner followed an intense diet for two months leading up to her debut in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. She’s walking the runway again in just under two weeks, so we’re guessing she’s currently on a healthy food kick.
Jenner’s trainer revealed that her fiber-filled breakfast consists of avocado over eggs and a big bowl of oatmeal. The model is running from meeting to meeting throughout the day and doesn’t really have time for lunch, so this meal keeps her going until 5 or 6 pm when she gets to eat again. She does snack on almonds and juice throughout the day, but it sounds like breakfast is her biggest and most important meal.
So, if you’re training for the VS show (lol), or just aspiring to look like Kenny (obvi), make sure to have two breakfasts every morning (done and done) and incorporate lots of fiber into your diet!
