The 100+ Best New Beauty Launches Of 2024

Let me start off by saying that if I have a beauty product that works for me, I stick with it for as long as possible. I’ve used some of the same lotions, moisturizers, shampoo and conditioners for more than ten years if I find that they help improve my skin or hair. I have been an avid user of one specific body lotion or as long as I can remember so having to switch it up for this review was a little difficult for me. But I was adamant about trying out the NIVEA Oil Infused Peach and Avocado Oil Body Lotion, $6.36 due to its popularity and great price point.

After testing out this product for a few days, I wanted to share my journey with you all! So, scroll down to read my honest review of this body lotion and see if I’ll be replacing it with my beloved and tried and true body lotion.

NIVEA Oil Infused Peach and Avocado Oil Body Lotion, $6.36

Key Ingredient: Avocado Oil

I’m a big fan of avocado when it comes to cooking and of course eating guacamole, but I’ve never used a skincare product that featured this ingredient. The NIVEA Oil Infused Peach and Avocado Oil Body Lotion, $6.36 includes avocado oil in its formula as it is meant to replenish dry skin, calm itchy skin, heal chapped skin and hydrate and moisturize at the same time. If that doesn’t sound like a must-have in a body lotion, then I don’t know what does!

Key Feature: Provides Deep Moisture

If there’s one thing I won’t compromise on when it comes to body lotions is my skin feeling and looking moisturized after use. The NIVEA Oil Infused Peach and Avocado Oil Body Lotion, $6.36 is said to provide skin with deep moisture. So how exactly does it do this? Obviously, it uses avocado oil, but this body lotion also has a lightweight texture that is fast-absorbing and is meant to provide soft and radiant skin for 24 hours.

How to Use:

I have to admit that I probably use way too much body lotion when it comes to application, but my skin definitely reaps the benefits. Apply the NIVEA Oil Infused Peach and Avocado Oil Body Lotion, $6.36 after each shower or bath you take while your skin is still a little damp, so it gets absorbed correctly into the skin. Pro tip: Lather this lotion onto your hands and feet before bedtime for even more moisture!

My Honest Review:

As I mentioned earlier, I’ve been devoted to one specific body lotion for quite some time now so trying the NIVEA Oil Infused Peach and Avocado Oil Body Lotion, $6.36 was something brand new for me. I was a little nervous about the infused peach scent because I normally opt for subtler scents or no scents at all. But the peach smell wasn’t too overwhelming, and I only smelled it while applying and for a little bit longer throughout the day. Now, the texture of this body lotion in itself is extremely soft and seemed to melt right onto my skin. It didn’t leave any white cast and my skin looked dewy and fresh right after applying it. I used this after each shower I took and before hopping into bed each night and I can say my skin is super soft and looks glowing. I was surprised by how much I liked this body lotion especially since it was a big change for me!

The Bottom Line:

If you like a little bit of a fruity scent and glowing skin, then you should check out the NIVEA Oil Infused Peach and Avocado Oil Body Lotion, $6.36. You can get an entire bottle for a great price point and see results in just a few days! I’m not going to completely ditch my favorite body lotion but I’ll be adding this bottle right next to it on my nightstand.
