SheFinds: How can I whiten my teeth naturally?
Dr. Elisa Mello: Brushing with crushed strawberries mixed with a small amount of baking soda helps to remove stains and brighten teeth. This can safely be done 1-2 times per month. Rinsing your mouth with hydrogen peroxide each night also helps to remove daily stains.
SF: What’s the best toothpaste to use?
EM: Look for a toothpaste that has minimal ingredients and chemicals, and has a higher pH (less acidic) level. We are currently using
