Top Chef host-turned jewelry designer, Padma Lakshmi, has partnered with HSN to launch a more affordable jewelry line, PL by Padma Lakshmi. The collection, which features bracelets, necklaces, and earrings, will be available in late March on HSN and ranges in price from $16-$90. In her interview with Racked, Lakshmi spoke of the inspiration for the collection:
The entire collection is a direct descendent of my fine line, so you can clearly see the brand DNA in all of the items. I was just excited to be able to offer a greater number of people access to my jewelry…I was also heavily inspired by nature and organic shapes. One of the earrings, for instance, was inspired by my love of the pattern and shape of the feathers on the body of an owl.
