You can’t go on Instagram without seeing some D-list celeb (or a Kardashian) shilling “Flat Tummy Tea.” But what if I told you that you could eat your way to a flat stomach instead? You won’t double tap all those Real Housewives’ posts anymore!
The one thing you need to have first thing in the morning for a flatter stomach is anything with MUFAs (monounsaturated fatty acids). According to Prevention.com, MUFAs, the ultimate stomach-flattening ingredient, are ultra healthy because they help get rid of unwanted fatty tissue and enhance heart health. They can be found in foods like avocados, nuts, olive oil, seeds and even dark chocolate.
Who knew eating a whole chocolate bar in the morning could have its perks? We can live with that for sure.
