The Difference Between Dragging Through Your Day And Feeling Great On Your Feet? These Arch Support Insoles

Have you ever seen a sheet mask? Chances are you have. They turn even the prettiest of people (top models love them!) into scary-looking ghosts for the time being. More importantly, though, have you ever tried a sheet mask?! They come from the world of Korean beauty and have tons of benefits. Sheet masks are more like serums, which means they are a tad more potent than your average face mask. Here are four major benefits of using sheet masks.

1. Easy application and clean up. Sheet masks are super easy to apply as there are pre-cut holes for your eyes, nose and mouth and they will fit the contours of anyone’s face. There’s also no clean up involved because you simply just pull off the sheet and toss it in the garbage.

2. Cheaper than facials. Yes, there are some brands that make expensive sheet masks, but there are also really inexpensive ones on the market. Save yourself the money of a professional facial and have your own spa day!

3. Instant results. Sheet masks are perfect for special events or even flying when your face tends to get more dry. They provide ultimate hydration and give your skin a dewy, radiant glow.

4. Many different kinds. Obviously, everyone’s skin is unique and, fortunately, there’s a sheet mask for everyone! There are sheet masks for brightening, firming, softening and even acne.

Sheet masks should be used according to your skin type, but since they aren’t filled with harsh ingredients, I think it’s safe to say you can’t go overboard when using them. Ideally, 1-2 per week would be perfect for any skin type. If you’re on the drier side (or in the winter) try using sheet masks 2-3 per week.
