Ugh, blisters seriously suck. Breaking in new shoes can be a real pain (literally) and cause blisters to form on your feet. Unfortunately, once you get a blister you can only do so much to get rid of it. However, there is something you can do to prevent them from popping up and it involves a beauty product you most likely already own.

To prevent blisters from forming, simply rub some deodorant on your feet where your shoes feel snug. The deodorant will provide a slick surface for the shoes to glide across and acts as a barrier. Bonus: deodorant is travel-friendly so it’s super easy to take on-the-go! You might want to stick to clear deodorant so you don’t get white marks on your shoes.
