Melissa McCarthy‘s new movie is called The Boss and that’s exactly what she was last night. The actress faced off in a lip sync battle against Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show and totally killed it.
Before the games even started, Melissa kicked things off with a little smack talk:

For round 1, Jimmy chose Melanie‘s “Brand New Key” but Melissa absolutely destroyed him with DMX‘s “X Gon’ Give It To Ya.”
But that was just a warm up. Round 2 saw Jimmy hilariously take on Zayn‘s “Pillowtalk,” which looked like it was the clear winner, that is until Melissa slayed with her rendition of “Colors of the Wind” from Pocahontas. Her performance included flying objects and confetti, enough said. Watch below:
