So today we’re going to define: Baking.
Cosmo defines baking as, “Letting translucent powder sit on your face for five to 10 minutes, which allows the heat from your face to set your base foundation and concealer, and then dusting it off your face, leaving you with a creaseless, flawless finish.” It’s important to note that baking is the equivalent to a smokey eye. Kim’s frequent makeup artist, Mario Dedivanovic, shares with Galmour that baking gives off a dramatic look, and should not be used for everyday wear.
A synonym for baking is cooking (and we’re not talking in the kitchen sense). But no matter what term you use, the result is the same. Baking/cooking is guaranteed to give you the whole I-just-woke-up-like-this flawless look.
