With spring on its way, we’re excited to freshen up our look with crop tops, pencil skirts, and maybe even a pair of mules (they’re back!). And one perfectly fit-for-spring trend we’re willing to try is the daisy flower print. The look is fun, a bit vintage, and lets us channel our inner flower child without looking like we’re wearing a 60’s-era costume.
But if you’re looking to sport florals in a way that’s sure to make a statement, then might we suggest a pair of sunglasses embellished with daisies? It’s super cool in a sleek black-and-white palette. We’ve found a few similar pairs that are totally different when it comes prices. Answer: The pair on the right are Prada Flowered Cat’s-Eye Sunglasses ($498) and the pair on the left are Nasty Gal Best Bud Glasses ($28). Whoa! The styles are so exact, it’s pretty much up to your budget when it comes to choosing your favorite. While we love the slight cat-eye shape of the Nasty Gal version, the Prada version (and the original designer of this look — check out their Spring 2013 runway collection) has a thicker and more modern-looking frame.
