My bet is that if you don’t own a pair of blue light blocking glasses, you’ve at least heard of them. Blue light glasses contain a special lens that filters and reflects blue light to reduce the eye’s exposure to blue light. The wavelength of blue light has been found to cause potential damage to your retina. What’s more, blue light is everywhere–the sun, computers, cellphones, and some light bulbs.
Ok, so if you know what blue light blocking glasses are, my question is: why don’t you own a pair? It’s 2020.
