Jabs by Gina
Jabs is a great full body workout that combines HIIT training, kickboxing, and muscle isolation into one class. The classes usually take place in New York City, but Gina is currently offering free daily 15-minute Jabs workouts on her Instagram Live.

[solidcore] Solid Core has free home workouts on their Instagram profile. This Pilates-based resistance training is built for results. If you're looking for a quick 20-minute workout that targets different areas (core, hamstrings, chest, biceps, etc), check out their IGTV channel.

Blogilates
Blogilates is a great Youtube channel for those looking to workout at home. Cassey Ho leads each exercise, which usually target just one area--from inner thighs to lower back to obliques. Combining a few of these exercises (each are typically under 15 minutes) is a great way to get a full body toning workout in.
Tone It Up
Tone It Up's Youtube channel really covers all areas of wellness--from guided meditations to abs workouts. With tons of workouts to choose from, it's easy to find exactly what you want in the workout.
Tone It Up also has an app that is free to download with a 7-day free trial of the premium features--like workout classes and on-demand videos.
