However, instructors have recently been taking advantage of online platforms to help their followers get a workout in at home.

Jabs by Gina

Jabs is a great full body workout that combines HIIT training, kickboxing, and muscle isolation into one class. The classes usually take place in New York City, but Gina is currently offering free daily 15-minute Jabs workouts on her Instagram Live.
