Thousand Island is a popular dressing, but it can be dangerous for weight loss. High in saturated fat, sodium, cholesterol, and sugar, it's a good idea to skip this dressing to keep you salad healthy.

Ranch Dressing

Ranch dressing is another choice you should probably avoid.

According to Delish, "One tablespoon of ranch has more calories (and fat) than a chocolate chip cookie." With that in mind, you salad just became your dessert--making it even more difficult to lose weight.

French Dressing

French dressing can also be very high in calories, sodium, and fat. With that in mind, skipping this dressing is also a good idea for your waistline.
