If you're a serious Nordstrom shopper, it's worth it to apply for the store's credit card. Nordstrom cardholders earn two points per dollar on their Nordstrom credit or debit card purchases. They also get exciting benefits like early access to sales, invitations to VIP events, free alternations.
Shop The Anniversary & Half-Yearly Sales
Nordstrom’s Anniversary Sale, also known as the best sale ever, occurs every year in July/August. Shoppers love this sale because it features price reductions on the next season's merchandise, not just markdowns on old items.The store also has “Half-Yearly Sales” in the spring and fall.

Take Advantage Of Price Adjustments
Nordstrom is known for their amazing return policy, but did you know they offer price adjustments, too? If you find an item you purchased for cheaper at a competitor store, Nordstrom will price match the item. Did you know that Nordstrom offers personal stylists? These fashion experts are free and will help you find exactly what you need. All you need to do is make an appointment and your stylist will prep a dressing room for you.
The store also offers beauty stylists that will give you a personal consultation. For brides and grooms, they offer wedding stylists that provide services such as gown styling and rehersal and reception styling.

Shop Nordstrom Rack
According to this expert Nordstrom shopper, don't bother looking for anything discounted past 60% at Nordstrom stores. Anything that doesn't sell at that price points get sent to Nordstrom Rack. Which a little effort, you can score some great bargains at Nordstrom Rack (online and in-stores). It might be a discount store, but you'll still receive Nordstrom's top notch customer service.
