What's old is new again is the motto right now when it comes to athleisure fashion. Brands that first rose to popularity in the 80s/90s, like Champion and Reebok, are experiencing a resurgence thanks to nostalgia. Scroll through any teenager's Instagram feed or walk into an Urban Outfitters and you'll see these throwback brands are relevant once again.

Since it doesn't seem like these comebacks are slowing down anytime soon, we're guessing which of your favorite old school athleisure brands will be everywhere once again. Remember, when you see one (or all) of these brands at Urban, you read it here first!

Fubu

Fubu (For Us By Us) was it in the 90s. The brand relaunched in the U.S. in 2010 renaming itself FB Legacy. We wouldn't be surprised to see the iconic jeans, hats, and jerseys creep back into stores in the near future.

The North Face

With short, hip-length puffer jackets reminiscent of the early 2000s making a comeback this past winter, it makes total sense for The North Face to reclaim its place as the brand for winter gear. I am already planning to break out my black North Face puffer in the fall, which probably hasn't seen the light of day since 2007.

K-Swiss

I wore my old K-Swiss tennis sneakers to Governor's Ball in 2015 and they fit right in with the sea of Stan Smiths and Converse high tops. In fact, my friends didn't even notice the sneakers were a throwback until I told them.

K-Swiss sneakers have the same classic minimalistic look as all the other white sneakers that are so popular these days. Now a Hadid just has to wear a pair and then K-Swiss will officially be back on the fashion scene.

Jockey

Jockey can totally have a moment right now as the brand to rival Calvin Klein matching bra and underwear sets. Your move, Jockey!

Joe Boxer

If it doesn't work out for Jockey, then Joe Boxer can be the next underwear brand to have a comeback. Or we wouldn't be upset if both brands reissued their old styles. Are you reading this, Jockey and Joe Boxer???
