Amazon is one step closer to playing a role in the Covid-19 vaccine rollout!
Business Insider reports via Politico that the Biden administration is in talks with the tech giant about ways it can help with the distribution of the life-saving vaccination. This is huge!

The publications reported this week that both the White House and Amazon confirmed that they are, in fact, in talks about doling out the coronavirus vaccine.
Amazon, alongside fellow tech companies as Google, Facebook, and Airbnb, offered to help the Biden administration with the rollout.

Amazon is "committed to assisting governments with vaccination efforts as we work together to protect our workers and continue to provide essential services during the pandemic," a spokesperson confirmed to Politico.
This confirmation comes a month after the company's CEO of consumer business Dave Clark wrote an open letter to President Biden to offer their assistance.

"We are prepared to leverage our operations, information technology, and communications capabilities and expertise to assist your administration's vaccination efforts," he wrote.
