A Certified Trainer Reveals The High-Protein, Low-Calorie Chipotle Order That’s Great For Your Macros And Followers ‘Can’t Wait’ To Try

“Macros” stands for macronutrients, referring to the essential nutrients your body requires in substantial quantities: carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. If you enjoy dining at Chipotle and are looking for a healthy bowl option that aligns with your fitness goals, certified trainer and content creator Terrance Crawford has revealed his favorite burrito bowl order.
This choice is both high in protein and low in calories. In his recent video (below), Crawford pointed out that we frequently overload our Chipotle burrito and salad bowls with extra ingredients. To meet your macro goals and stay healthy, it’s better to streamline your order and prioritize essential proteins.
Crawford suggested getting a “salad bowl” and if you do get rice, to get “half a scoop.” He continued: “for protein, get double-protein, half chicken, half steak.” When it comes to vegetable add-ins, he noted that “you need the fajita veggies,” and “you can get whichever sauce you choose, but you don’t need any cheese or queso.”
He also recommended getting “a little bit of corn and salsa if you want,” and to “top it off with a little bit of extra shredded lettuce.” He noted that this comes to 490 calories and 40 grams of protein. Viewers of the post headed to the comments section to share their thoughts.
