Schultz starts off with Airplane Twists then proceeds to do Arm Circles with Knee Lifts. She then ends the workout by doing Criss Cross Arms and Legs. As seen in the video, each exercise is supposed to be done for 45 seconds, and must be performed in three sets. According to Schultz, these exercises work your core, arms, thighs, and shoulders.
